Our main office is located in Tallahassee Florida at 1723 Mahan Center Blvd. Hospice House is located directly behind our administrative building and family members may visit at any time.

Directions: Heading east on Mahan Drive, turn left at the Riggins Road stoplight. Continue past the HealthSouth Rehabilitation Center. Mahan Center Boulevard is located on the right hand side of the road between Dermatology Associates office and the Southeastern Community Blood Bank. Turn right on Mahan Center and the Hospice office is located directly behind the Blood Bank.
