Open Positions

IT Director-FT

This position will oversee all IT (Information Technology) functions. Manage IT team and company’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies.  Provides leadership and coordination for IT operations support functions with the goal of providing information management tools and services to enhance the delivery of healthcare and fiscal performance of our agency.  Oversees the technical infrastructure, office automation, network, voice and data telecommunications, and disaster recovery functions. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field from an accredited institution and 7+  years of management experience in information technology with demonstrated ability to lead, develop and mentor others in a healthcare environment. Knowledge and experience working with EMR, accounting and human resource systems in a healthcare environment preferred.

Spiritual Care Counselor - PRN

Master’s degree in divinity required.  CPE preferred.  Chaplain or spiritual care experience in hospice or hospital setting is preferred. Three or more years of pastoral experience or hospice chaplain experience required.  Must have skills in communication, cooperation and compassion with patients and families, with the team, other clergy and congregations.

RN On Call - FT

This is a full time RN position for the On Call Team.  Qualified applicants must have current Florida RN license.  Experience required includes a minimum of 1 year in-patient nursing experience and previous Hospice or Home Health experience.  BSN preferred. This position will provide On Call coverage for our 8 county service area for 7 consecutive days followed by 7 days off.  The schedule for this position is Thursday through Wednesday, with the hours of 5pm to 8am weekdays and 24 hour coverage on weekends.

Hospice Aide - Flex - FT

This position will work primarily nights and occasional days, (3) 12hour shifts for the Hospice House including weekends and holidays. Must have current Florida CNA License and a minimum of 3 years CNA experience preferably in Home Health or Hospice.

RN – Hospice House – Nights- FT

RN BBH North- FT

Foundation Executive Assistant/Board Liaison-FT

Provide administrative support to the President of the BBH Foundation and our Board of Directors. Responsibilities include working closely with the Foundation President to keep informed of and prepared for upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

As the board liaison, must have effective communication with the BOD, create and maintain the schedule of Board and Committee meetings and monitor Board communications. Attend Board and working group meetings and record and circulate minutes. Make arrangements related to meetings, including facilities and catering. Must have 5 years of relevant experience in high-level administrative support, Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent of education and experience. Must also have 3 years’ experience working with a Board of Directors.

IT Systems Administrator-FT

This position is responsible for resolving and monitoring incidents in the area of computer and communications equipment to include software and hardware installation, maintenance and upgrading, routine network administration and maintenance and network documentation.  This position is also responsible for virus protection/trouble shooting, cell phones, VOIP phone systems and other technical duties as assigned. Must have minimum of Associates degree in Computer Science or Information Systems from an accredited institution with a minimum of 5 years progressive information systems experience; healthcare environment preferred.
